  1. Quite simply, yoga has transformed my life. I am more in tune with my body, with my spirit, and I am better able to handle life’s every day challenges. I have learned to honour my body and to live a life enriched by gratitude. I have only been practicing for 10 months now, but the changes have been so profound; I can’t wait to see where my yoga journey take me next.

  2. It has given peace to my life, help heal a loss-grieving process, and is my every day therapy to keep me going. the sense of joy that the yoga practice has given me is priceless.

  3. Practising yoga has eliminated the back pain I woke up with every morning from the age of 20 to 28. Almost 4 years now of sound sleeping and a much calmer demeaner.

  4. Communion. Absolute stillness, peace and grounding. My practice of yoga is a daily journey that sweetly unfolds, bringing me into my Highest Truth, in physical, energetic, and vibrational alignment.

  5. i started yoga because my hips had been in chronic pain, since i have been practicing regularly; i have happy joints, i stand taller, i breathe better, and i am more aware of everything.

  6. Practicing yoga has brought me a sense of peace and inner stillness. The more I learn to connect movement with breath and to look inward for direction, the more I am able to connect to the universal force that is the source of balance, intuition, and wisdom. The path never stops. Internal and external challenges arise, thoughts come and go, fears wash over us in waves, and then recede. The discipline of coming to the mat teaches me how to disengage from the power of my thoughts. The more I practice that on the mat, the more I find myself integrating it into the rhythms of my day.
