Inhale Yoga Teacher Training in Athens, Ohio

Inhale Yoga Studio has a top-of-the-line yoga teacher training program. From the experienced and well versed director of the program (Michelle Stobart) to the many talented and specialized guest teachers throughout the course, this program is a comprehensive program that is approved by the Yoga Alliance for 200 hour certification.

What you can expect from this program:

  • intensive study of the yoga tradition

  • intensive study of anatomy and physiology of the human body

  • intensive study of alignment techniques and hands-on assistance

  • lots of practice teaching time in our Seva Yoga Classes

  • lots of experiential time in class observations and assistances

  • experienced and well-qualified teachers to guide and mentor you as a new teacher in the yoga community

If you are interested in taking part in this teacher training program, Inhale Yoga would like for you to have a minimum of a year of solid yoga practice under the guidance of a teacher and also have a pretty solid commitment to a home practice. Through the years of our program experience, they find that people who meet these requirements are more successful in the program and as teachers. These requirements allow Inhale Yoga to focus their training time together in the realm of becoming a teacher, rather than establishing your practice as a student.
